FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we arrange to meet and view samples of your work?

Yes we would love to have visit our studio and discuss your wedding day plans. You can contact us via our Contact Form to make an appointment. We have a few sample albums and additions on display in our studio so that you can see what is available in our wedding collections.

Do we get a DVD/USB of all of our photos and how many photos will we receive?

Yes all of our Wedding Collections come with a personalised DVD (or USB if preferred) of the images from your Wedding day. All images are presented in both high resolution (for printing) and low resolution (for web applications, social media and email). All of your images are Digitally Enhanced and retouched. Although every wedding is different, you can expect at least 60+ images for each hour of coverage. All images are free from copyright restrictions and watermarks.

What deposit do you require and will we have to sign a contract?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure our photographic services for your wedding day. A date is not secured until payment has been received and a Wedding Agreement has been signed and returned to us. Payments can be made in cash, direct deposit or credit card via our Paypal facility. Part payments are accepted and the final payment is not due until four weeks prior to your wedding date.

Can we create our own package?

Of course! We have a few collections that cater to a variety of budgets and requirements. We can be flexible with our collections, after all this your special day! Just let us know what is important to you and we will see how we can help tailor a collection to your needs and budget.

Will you travel to …?

Yes, we love to travel for destination weddings. We photograph a lot in the South West of Western Australia and even on the East Coast of Australia. All we require is travel expenses and we would be happy to photograph your wedding.

Can we upgrade our Collection after we have booked?

Yes, once your date is secured you can upgrade or vary your Collection if you wish. Want to add an extra hour or so on the day of your wedding? No worries! Once your date is secured we hold the date specifically for you, just let us know and we’ll organise it.

How long do you stay into a reception?

Generally we provide coverage up to and including a newlyweds first dance. However, if you have something special that you would like us to photograph and you would like us to stay for longer, just ask.

How long before we can view our Wedding photos?

We provide a complimentary sneak peek of your wedding on our Recent Weddings  and Facebook pages within 24 hours of your wedding. We have found that our couples love the chance to see some of the highlights of their wedding day straight away. The remaining photos are processed over the next few weeks which generally takes between 3-6 weeks depending on the coverage of your wedding. The photos are then uploaded to our  Client Galleries and you will be emailed an Access Code which you may share with friends and family. For your convenience, we have a range of prints and canvases that may be purchased directly from the desktop version of our Client Galleries

What does the second photographer capture?

We offer a second photographer upgrade for our Intimate & Classic Collections at a flat $350 for the duration of the Collection. The second photographer captures apposing angles and photo journalistic moments during the ceremony that the primary photographer simply cannot capture. As an example, during wedding vows a bride & groom are standing opposite one another, so with two photographers we can photograph what is being said, as well as the reaction which tells a complete story.

Before and after the ceremony the second photographer takes on the role of an assistant. This speeds up the photography process and allows for some creativity with holding lights and equipment for the primary photographer.

Do we have a say in how our Wedding Album is designed?

Once we have uploaded onto our Client Galleries for you to view, we will then begin production of your wedding album. Your first draft will be presented online within our user friendly Album Gallery for you to make changes if you wish. Wedding Albums do not go into production until you have approved each page layout.

How long will our Wedding Album take once we have approved it?

A Wedding Album generally takes around 5-6 weeks from approval to delivery.

Who will be our Wedding Photographer on the day?

Our Principal Photographer is Nick Lance unless otherwise stated. He has photographed 99% of the weddings for Digitally Enhanced Photography and over 150 weddings across Western Australia. Billie Lance is our second photographer and is available as the Principal Photographer upon request. We also have Associate Photographers Jo, Michelle, Costa, Sarah & Ebonny.

What qualifications do you have?

Our Principal Photographer, Nick Lance has personally photographed over 150 weddings across Western Australia.
